Return policy.
Short version: we don't take change-of-mind returns. We do something stronger: if your device doesn't give you a result, you get your money back.
1. All sales are final
- Our devices touch your skin. For hygiene, we can't take back used or opened items.
- Orders can't be cancelled once placed.
- The one exception: our 90-day money-back guarantee.
2. The 90-day guarantee
Covered: Sapphire, ICE and Classic IPL, LED Face Mask, Anti-Aging device, Micro-needling Pen, Pore-fection Blackhead Remover.
Use it as shown, send your proof, and if there's no visible result, you get a full refund. Read the guarantee
3. How a guarantee return works
- Message us first at hello@oroskin.co. No return is accepted without our OK.
- Ship it back with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by you. We can't cover parcels lost in transit.
- Day 90 is the last day to ask.
- We refund you once the device arrives and is checked. Paid cash on delivery? We refund by bank transfer, Whish/OMT, or cash.
4. Not returnable
Accessories, cartridges, safety glasses, facial brushes, trimmers, gloves and silk pillowcases.
5. Faulty device?
That's not a return, that's our 1-year warranty (devices only). Message us and we take care of it.
